Stephanie is getting closer to picking a topic!!!! Yay!!!! Don't start rejoicing just yet, I'm still a long way off, but at least I am in the ball park now, which is a lot more than I could say for this time yesterday!
I am actually a little excited now that I have a starting point and a direction. It's making working on the application so much easier. I even contacted one of my old lecturers to get him to give me some feedback on the whole idea. I'm really disappointed that he couldn't be my supervisor, but hopefully (fingers crossed) he'll agree to co-supervise from afar. It didn't really make sense to me having a supervisor who knows nothing about my field. This way I can keep doing what I'm doing but have some advice from someone who knows what they're talking about!
