Yes. Yes that is a chocolate cake centre. Yuuummmm! Bakerella is a recent find of mine (I sometimes make it to these things late...). These sweet little treats are cake that's been mixed with icing, rolled into a ball and then coated in pink frosting. Definitely a cheat day food.
