I am so serious about this weight loss thing that I am actually going to do something that I promised myself I never would. I'm going to paste a photo of me on this blog. A 'before shot' that I will later contrast with an 'after shot' once I have achieved what I have challenged myself to. So that pic to the left is the fattest I ever want to be (barring pregnancy of course). Take a good look because I do not intend on looking that way for much longer.
