I just watched the
Biggest Loser Season 4 recap on tv. I have to admit I was really impressed with how the final four ended up. It was interesting how good looking all the girls were this season, I'm guessing that that was a clever marketing ploy and not just sheer coincidence. It was good to see all those girls go from zero confidence to being knockouts who were owning the stage. It helped to inspire me. A lot. The only thing that I found a little disappointing was that every single one of the girls commented on how pretty they thought themselves to be, and how they'd always been the fat pretty girl. I have to admit that this made me a little jealous, I've never been the fat pretty girl. I'm just the fat girl.

Anyway, I included a photo of Hollie because I found her to be the most inspiring. I know she managed to really annoy a lot of viewers, but we're a similar age and have faced a lot of similar issues with regards to our weight and the work that we're involved in.
This is just my little space to say 'well done' to all those people who participated and achieved there goals, but also to say well if they can do I can do. I'm going to use their success to inspire me through my goals. I think the best role models are those that have achieved in the face of adversity.
God I'd kill to look like that.
(well maybe not kill, perhaps maim... ok, I really only have name-calling in my arsenal...)
