Things aren't always as bad as they seem... I really should let that saying sink in one day. I just had my training session, and unbeknownst to me, today was measurements day. It turns out I may have been just a little overly dramatic before... in the last four weeks I have lost 2% body fat and cm's off most of my body.
It's funny what tricks the mind can play though. I was absolutely convinced that my clothes were tighter and my arms were bigger. Turns out that wasn't the case.
It was so good to get a positive result. I'm feeling really motivated now. Think I might even get some extra exercise in and take the dog for a walk! :)
