Some people had asked me about the basic food and nutrition plan that I had been following. If you're not really sure what you're doing and need some guidance then this program is excellent. It promotes healthy eating without too much sacrifice, and it mixes cardio conditioning with resistance training so your body gets everything it needs. Now for my more educated friends, it's not a perfect program, but there are few programs out there that are! What it does do though is get you into a routine so that healthy eating and exercise become a normal part of life. And I have yet to meet someone who it didn't work for when they followed it properly.
BFL is a good launch pad if you're trying to get yourself back on track. The only flaw in the nutrition is that they really push the protein products. Protein is fabulous, but I'm more a fan of getting it through natural sources than through shakes and bars - that's just my opinion though.
