Jenny is only a week away from leaving work, so like all occasions (both good and bad) I thought it would be best marked with cake. Given that Jenny is a dietitian, I couldn't escape the poetry in the first photo. There she is just chomping at the bit to cut into that mudcake, and on the wall behind her is a perfect example of the nutritional guidelines she preaches. Tell me Jenny, where does Boston Mudcake fit in to the healthy eating guide?

I was going to stick the one of you and I up, but in it my hair is shaped like a bell (as in follows the curve of my head but flicks right out at the bottom). There was no way I was posting that.
