Another day, another weigh-in. (Yes another weight loss blog, I know I know - boring, too bad.)
The scales didn't give me anything new today, it could be worse though they could've given me a bigger number! 71kg again. I'm ok with that, I've found that this last couple of weeks I've been losing weight over a fortnight rather than a week so I didn't expect much of a change, and I knew it would have to start slowing down soon anyway. I found some old training diaries and progress charts in my desk at work and decided to measure myself up and see how I'm going. I couldn't believe it - in the last three months I've lost 13cm off my waist circumference! 13!! That's nearly half a foot! The best news is that I am now well and truly inside the "safe" zone in terms of waist circumference and diabetes. Yay!
I'm a little proud and pleased with my efforts. :) Now I just have to stay on track.
(Ok, so you're right, it was a boring blog...)
