To add a happy note to that horrible blog I wrote earlier...
Just did my body fat for the week (Ok, I haven't actually done it in ages, but I'm meant to do it weekly...). Body fat was at 32.5%, down from the original 34.5%. Not fantastic, but with the drop in body weight it actually converts to a loss of about 3kg's of fat. So that is a good thing!! Not bad for only 6 weeks of hard work. Hopefully the next 6 will bring about another 3kg of fat loss. Need to get the percentage under 28% to be healthy. I can't believe that when I met Todd it was at 22%. I've got a long way to go to get there. I'm on track though! :)
