Wo wo!!!! This mornings weigh-in was a rather lovely 73.0kg. While half a kilo may not seem like such a great achievement to some of you, half a kilo a week is a tiny bit slower than I would've liked, but it means I am so much more likely to keep it off. This is my first time at 73.0kg's since I got glandular fever and I put on all this weight. I am so proud of myself!
Once again the real battle is going to be sticking with it, but I am taking a much more realistic approach this time. 5500kj's everyday and 30 - 60minutes of exercise. The exercise is easy, that I can do in my sleep. It's the reducing my portion sizes that hurts just a little, but after so many weeks now (it must be about 4 or 5???) it's actually starting to feel normal. I can remember entire months where I never had the feeling of being hungry. Now, I wake-up every morning feeling hungry and make sure that every 3hours or so I start to feel hungry. Who knew Jenny was right, "it's all about portion sizes people!".
Wish me luck on my journey down to 70kg! (Final goal is 68kg at this stage... but the next big aim is 70kg. Next week we're shooting for 72.5kg!).
