MIA. But I'm Back Now.

I've been missing in action for a little while now. I've still been training and still trying to eat well, I just haven't been motivated to write in my blog. My weight loss seems to be at a standstill at the moment, but my running is definitely starting to get faster, and I'm starting to feel a little fitter. I can now run 30mins on any day, regardless of how I'm feeling. It feels good to know that that has become a reality again. It seems to have taken the longest time to build it back up!!!

Anyway, just a quick note to say I'm still around and I'm aiming for the Gold Coast marathon (half marathon? 10km? we'll see!) in July. Very excited to have a proper goal for a change!
