I have completely rationalised gaining weight over christmas. I have thought about it long and hard and convinced myself that Christmas weight gain is not my fault and is something that is pretty much expected of me so I should go with it.
Secretly I am well aware that this is not the case. (But that is just between you and me!)
So in honour of this rationalisation I have taken the rest of the week off exercise and eaten many foods not included on the list that the dietician gave me.
Hooray for christmas!
