Eat Clean, Train Dirty



Taking another swing at the Whole30 tomorrow. I keep coming off track just for one or two meals (which is fine on it's own), but then the train derails completely and the bingeing starts again...

Whoops. Back to training now seriously (even still incredibly injured), so I need to get my nutrition right. Train for performance.

Here we go...
