Check-In



Weight: 68.9kg (1.1kg loss)
Waist: 70.5cm (2.1cm loss)
Hips: 99cm (4cm loss)

I have never eaten so much in my life!! 85% paleo. My trick has been to allow every seventh or eighth meal to pass as non-paleo without any guilt, but strict paleo for the other 18 meals each week.

I can't feel any difference and I don't feel like I look different, but I feel healthier and happier. Less sad moods and less down days.

I've also been able to do some more training (not overtraining, just building up to four weight sessions and one cardio), so far that's working well except I screwed up my timing and now I'm looking at two days of rest unless I come up with a new plan...

Next treat meal is Sunday... Fingers crossed this healthier path continues!
