Remember When...?

Remember when this used to be a weight loss blog? I went from 78kg down to 64kg. Guess what? It's making a comeback for that purpose!

Recently my weight has started creeping up again. It's a couple of factors: mostly the combination of heavy weight training and injury. I have more muscle mass right now than I've had in my life, but my lack of cardio (due to injury) has meant that I'm storing carbs like the apocalypse is coming and I'm going to need them.

So...

After reading back my old weight loss posts, getting nostalgic, and remembering just how hard I worked and how proud I was, here I go with doing it all again to get back down to my goal weight of 65kg (and possibly my dream weight of 62kg). When I started all this the last time it took me 5.5 months to shed the 14kg, but up until my recent injury I had kept it off for the better part of 5 years. With that in mind, this is going to be a progression and not a sprint for the finish line.

Moment of truth? (At the end of the day after a big lunch. It's important to note that or I'll weigh myself next time at the start of the day on an empty stomach and think I've lost 6kg in a week!)

Starting weight: 70kg
Waist: 73cm
Hips: 103cm
Bust: 92cm

My weigh-in days will be Wednesdays and I won't be calorie counting. I'll be doing paleo with one or two cheat meals/week. Play ball!
