The Plan

I am absolutely exhausted. I have done some stretches/yoga/tai chi to relax my body. I had a light predominantly carb free dinner (except for a little potato, but that's ok). Just had a nice soothing hot shower.

Surely now my body will sleep. Wish me luck.

No carbs?! Yikes! I could never do that. No carbs = exhaustion.

Yeah, you've met me, you know I'm not a carb-free girl. I'm having big sleeping issues and one of the suggestions was to cut out carbs at night. It had absolutely no effect and was a complete waste of time and will probably never ever happen again.
I should know better than to take dietary advice from the psychologists at work... They're great at psychology, it's just that dietetics isn't really their thing.... :-S
