This evening I was chasing some freelance writing work on the internet (without study this semester I've had some free time and want to make the most of the opportunity to build up my writing contacts) and I had this flashback while searching through the Australian Writer's Market Place...
For years and years and years I wanted to be a writer for Rolling Stone magazine. Whatever happened to that dream? I think it was one that got lost in the period of life where self-esteem was at an all-time low.
It was a dream that I'm a little sad that I forgot about.
At the moment I'm probably chasing the journalism thing harder than I have before in my life and I wonder if I'll ever be able to make any of it a reality.
