I recently tried emigrating to Australia, I was filling out the application when I got to- *IMPORTANT*- Do you have a Criminal Record?.
To be quite honest I didn't know you still needed one
I'm confused now, do I or do I not need a criminal record? I may need to contact my lawyer.
