D-Day

It's all happening today.

Heading in to work in a minute to face the result of the HR stuff. Balance launch is tonight and RPM is tomorrow. Just submitted the article, awaiting feedback as it's a new editor and she didn't really make it clear what kind of piece she wanted.

Got up early to do RPM this morning to help me learn it (not the best idea as it turned out the instructor didn't actually know it herself!!!!!), had breakfast with some friends, then came home to do some work stuff and run through my body balance to try and keep my mind calm.

Lots of exercise and healthy food so (other than my ridiculous caffeine consumption) my body at least feels good (if not still somewhat bloated from rediscovering food...). Now just to stay calm and not get worked up.

There may be tears today. With the launch straight after it's going to be a stressful day. And then with RPM tomorrow I guess I should just say a stressful run to the weekend...

Here we go.

You stress M-U-C-H toooooooo much. You should spend more time believing in yourself and less time believing in the opinions of other people who have just one view and one body just like you do. What's with the distorted sense of superiority you give these people??? I don't even let my teenage kids get intimidated by that kind of adult crap that some adults like putting on other people. End of lesson. Bottom line is .... you are good at what you do. Just do it.
