Work travel is totally over-rated. Novelty appeal = 1 week methinks. After that, it is to be avoided at all costs. Home is better.

Travel to Canada to run and holiday on the other hand will be completely fun I'm sure. Lucky you!Do you realise that it is almost a year exactly since the Gold Coast marathon/half marathon??? I'll be heading back there in 3 weeks time!
I know, I can't believe how quickly the last year has gone. I'm disappointed I won't be able to run it with you.
