What a weekend!! So much on, here's a run through in pictures...
Leanne (the birthday girl) hanging out on the esplanade. We headed in for a barbecue and a swim to celebrate her 20th. So young! My 20th feels like decades ago. Beautiful weather for it though. Nothing like chilling out on the grass in the shade on a hot summer day.

Keri's charity ride. Keri sitting in a wheelchair for only the second time. Some of the riders around Cairns organised a charity/cycle safety & awareness ride. Popped into the hospital early to pick her up and wheel her out the front. It was a big day for her on so many levels. There were easily 200 riders who attended. Fantastic to see so much support for such a great chick and for keeping our cyclists safe on the road.
Texas (aka Kelly)'s Baby Shower. Me, Sam and Kelly enjoying more of the beach and some yummy cupcakes. You can't see it here but she is really starting to show. The girls organised it for the only restaurant in Cairns that is literally right on the beach. You can see the sand in the background. Awesome location!
I wonder what we were looking at? We look genuinely happy anyway. Maybe it was Jensen Ackles? Or possibly David Beckham was shooting another Armani campaign?
Work Christmas Party. Me with most of my team. We had a great night (except for the fact that the humidity was doing awful things to my hair - check out the photo!!!!). Was so hot, but was also a really good night. Was so good to see everyone really relaxed and enjoying each other's company.
Sam's Amateur Photo Shoot. Had to get some photos to go along with one of my articles. Sam was a willing participant which was lucky because I really didn't want to be in the photos.
And that was my weekend. Plus, managed to get another article written (to be published in January!!! Yay!!!!) and see a movie with Leanne. Oh and a game of squash with my brother and a run. No wonder I feel so knackered! Chilling out on the couch with a glass of wine and packing the bags for a week in Townsville. Seems it'll be crazy from here til Christmas...

Your hair looked good at the Christmas party and that's a great photo of you, Sam and Kelly at Kelly's baby shower.
Keri looked happy - what did she think of the event? Who set up the Christmas tree in the background??

Zac got her the Christmas tree. She needed something to cheer up her room, it's just white walls with nothing on them.
She was pretty pleased with the event, particularly the turnout. Over 200 people turned up at final count. Not bad!!
