I have been very good this year, well, for the most part.
I mean really, good is a word that is so open to interpretation, how do you possibly define it? It seems unfair to judge people on a word that they may define differently to you.
Anyway, this year for Christmas I would please like Dr Greg who trains at my gym. Wrapping him up in a bow would do nicely.

I'm hoping. I've been smiling at Dr Greg with big toothy grins every day for the last fortnight so that he'll recognise me when Santa drops him off.
