Super Dooper Excited

Came home from work early today feeling a little blah with the world. Not sick or down just a little blah. Got home and what should I find in my inbox but a letter from my editor offering me a permanent spot in her magazine and a little bit of a raise! I was so rapt! Still smiling from ear to ear. I've had two articles accepted by them now and was hoping something like that might be in the future, but I thought it was years and years away!

Now the money really is nothing, it barely justifies the time, but the offer of something permanent is so exciting, especially because it means I get to combine both my loves - writing and exercise.

Hooray for hard work that pays off!
