I know I promised that there wouldn't be any more weight loss blogs (especially given that my weight loss has stalled, but that's ok, technically I'm now a healthy weight) but I just had to share this. I'm not really expecting my body to get much smaller (I'm learning to accept that I'm a curvy girl) but I am doing a lot of work to make sure that what I have doesn't jiggle.
Anyway, the reason for the blog is because my body fat is now down to 26%! At my fattest I think I hit just over 38%. So my fat is now in the healthy range which is very exciting. I'm absolutely stoked, but hoping that I can get it down to around 22% in time for the marathon.
Fingers crossed, we'll just have to see!
