I would say I don't like to brag, but given that that is exactly what I'm going to do I might just let it go this time.
Yes, another weight loss blog - I'd apologise but I am just too bursting with excitement to keep this one to myself. I checked my measurements this morning and would you believe - I have lost a total of 19.5cm from my waist!!! I couldn't believe it! I can't believe I was that big before, because I certainly don't feel thin yet. 18.5cm!
Is it too egocentric to be really proud of myself?
