Another weigh-in day...
I weighed myself after lunch today, so I was actually a little surprised to get good results! The actual kg's haven't changed, but there was a slight drop in body fat again - Yay! Last check-in was: 30.3%, today was down to: 29.9%. Not a massive change, but every little bit counts. I'm certainly going to take it!
Woo hoo! Still on track and still feeling good. The runs are slowly starting to get faster and easier. Yesterday I went for a "light" run, and when I checked my heart rate it was under 150bpm!!! That is such a milestone for me! I was so excited it jumped about 20beats in sheer excitement. :P That marathon is looking pretty good for march next year...
