It has been such a slow journey to my next milestone - but this morning I hit it! I am finally under 71.0kg - this morning I hit the scales at 70.5kg. Woo hoo!!! I had such a big week of training and an almost perfect week with my eating I was really hoping to see a smaller number and I got one, yay.
The really good news though is that being healthy and sticking to my calorie count has become routine now. I have a salad everyday for lunch without even questioning it and I'm actually really starting to enjoy it.
My only concern at this point is that I feel like my fat loss hasn't been even. I've always been really lucky to have an hour glass figure so everything was always in proportion, but right now I feel like my thighs have not been keeping up with my stomach. I'm really hoping the next 3kg's of weight loss are pure thigh fat. ;)
Sorry about the weight loss blog but I couldn't help myself, I'm really starting to feel good about myself - finally! It seems like a long time since I last said that.
