I meant to mention this in the blog before (that was the whole point of posting the damn thing!) I applied for a couple of sports science jobs yesterday. With everything that's been going on at work in the last couple of months I think it is definitely time for a change. I was hoping things would've started to pick up by now, but if anything they're getting worse. The people who accused me of being a bully (remember the cake incident?) are the ones who go out of there way to make my life hard. That's ok, I've got much bigger goals than this job anyway. The two positions I applied for both really interested me and it would be so great to going back to working with athletes. I'm not overly confident of getting either, but putting in the applications really motivated me to go looking at what else was out there. I've got another couple that hopefully I'll have time to apply for over the weekend....
