Today was my second body balance class and the improvement between last week and this week was staggering. Don't get me wrong - I'm still no expert and nowhere near what I would call a "good" instructor, but things are improving nicely. I actually remembered all the moves this time and managed to execute them a lot more strongly and correctly than last week. Now I just need to remember that my left is their right. Left = right, left = right. Why is that so hard to remember?????
I'm having a few ideas about my future again. I've definitely made up my mind about study in that I know I want to continue studying somewhere, I'm not sure where yet though. I have also decided that I might spend the rest of the year not studying but focusing on other qualifications instead. I'm thinking that I might get my RPM certification and my certificate IV in massage. The RPM is just for me and to improve my instructing (extra money on weekends... may as well get paid to train) and the massage will be good if I do get back into rehab which is where I think I may end up long term. I'm really no good at being idle. All this having nothing to do has lead to my spending a lot more money than I should, mostly on clothes, and I think more than anything else it's boredom. I like having something to do, I actually enjoy moving at a hundred miles a minute so I may as well keep myself stimulated. Other than that I'm hoping to do my CSCS in Sydney in December, as well as attend either one of two conferences between now and then. I'm thinking that I'd like to go to the ASCA conference in November, and the football Australasia conference in Melbourne in October. They will depend on finances, but once the couch is paid off I'll definitely sign up for the massage course I think...
I am sooo not good at sitting still...
