Through some miraculous twist of fate my weight has dropped back down slightly again. Yay! So excited to be under 75kg (even if it is only by 0.5kg!).
I'm dead tired this week. I've been having real trouble sleeping, but I've still managed to train everyday. I had big plans for attack tonight but I just don't think I have it in me. I think I'd rather do it on Tuesdays than Thursdays... I'll still go for a run when I get home but the idea of going to the gym and not being home till nearly 8pm is just too much today.
74.5kg! Yay! 73.0kg's here I come!
