Would you believe that I am actually on track with my eating and exercise???! I know, I'm a little shocked too. This is my fourth day caffeine free, I'm balancing my calories, and I'm exercising beyond what I had set myself. I'm trying not to get too excited about it though as there's a good chance that next week it will all suffer a little when I go back to work. Soooo not looking forward to it!
This morning I killed myself on the cross trainer and did some weights. Yesterday I did a heart rate controlled run (won't my cardiologist be pleased!) and some weights in the morning and then went for a hard run in the afternoon (we might not mention the second part of the day to him...). The day before that was just a circuit at home, but it was possibly the hardest of the lot. It must've been a thousand degrees in my garage and would you believe that I would actually rather sweat in the extreme heat than open the garage door and let people see me. I know, my mind is sick and twisted.
I really don't want to go on about the workouts from the last couple of days, I know I'm supposed to write about them but they make for pretty boring reading. Anyway, I have to pick Todd up from work this afternoon and I'm hoping to go for a swim beforehand which would mean that I've met all my training goals for this week in two and a half days. Whoops...
PS Saw another Jessica Biel movie the other day. God, I really really want to be her.
