I Must Be Balanced By Now.

I've been keeping the exercise up!!! YAY!!! I managed to do Body Balance and some cycling on the trainer on Tuesday, Body Balance and swimming yesterday, Body Balance this morning, and hopefully Body Attack tonight. I think it's only a matter of time till I start seeing Body Balance in my sleep! Just quietly, I am enjoying it though. I thought I would be sick of it by now, but it seems to go a lot quicker than it used to. Yay!!! I've managed to build my swimming up so that I now do just over a kilometer comfortably, and then try to throw in a few struggle laps on the end. I know it doesn't seem very far, but 20 laps of the pool is a lot for someone who hasn't swum in a very long time. Fortunately I can definitely feel it improving.

The eating hasn't been perfect, but it is soooo much better. I've been a little naughty, with a few snacks here and there, but my actual meals have been pretty close to perfect. Maybe this really will be my year??

I'm really struggling to get anything done today, and it's only 9am!! There's still so many hours to go! I'm not sure what's wrong with me at the moment, perhaps all my motivation is going into other areas so there isn't any left???
