I have to admit that the result that I recorded yesterday was not overly accurate as I actually had weighed myself on Tuesday (cheating I know!!!) and then just recorded that. Anyway, I decided that it wasn't very accurate and so decided to double check today under normal conditions (though a day late) and would you believe it - another kilo gone!!!!! Hooray!!!! Now, just to focus on keeping on track and not self-sabotaging.
