The last two days have been challenging as far as training is concerned. My dinners are greatly improving. With Todd at work I've just been having grilled meat with steamed vege's. It's actually much tastier than it sounds!
Work has been busy busy busy, and I've been putting in extra hours and getting home late. I'm very proud of myself though. I've managed to train the last two days, even after driving for two hours and working eleven hours. I think I'm finally starting to settle into a routine. I'm feeling really tired now, but it was just so good to still train. I can't believe the difference it makes with my energy levels and general feelings about myself. There's no self-loathing today. Overcoming challenges must be just about the best thing in the world for keeping an individual motivated!
