It really seems to be a case of one step forward two steps back at the moment. I'm making healthier decisions and focusing on my exercise, but I swear my clothes are getting tighter...
I'm also feeling a little off as Todd has been in a feral mood all day...
I've asked him three times to tell me where he put the tyre levers for me bike (desperately need to change the tube) and he just keeps telling me that he'll find them. That's all good and well but I've been waiting half an hour and I'm ready to ride now. I've looked everywhere for them. Honestly I really don't understand why he can't just tell me where they are. Any longer and I'll have to cut my ride short because it will be time to make dinner and you don't need three guesses to work out who'll be doing that...
I was hoping that an hour on the bike and then a vege-packed omelette for dinner would help me feel better. I went out and bought all the vege's for my steamed meals this week. He's on night work so I can eat vegetarian for dinner - you wouldn't believe how excited I am about that! I'm doing steamed vege's in a creamy (low-fat, low-calorie) sauce tomorrow night. YUM! After a big training session tomorrow afternoon that should leave me with negative kilojoules for the day.
Here's hoping that tyre lever reappears soon!
